This immaculate contemporary apartment is right on the canal just 500 metres from Bude’s beach, pubs, and shops. With flexible bed set-ups in both bedrooms, an en-suite, and a bathroom, it’s the perfect base for a brilliant beach holiday with friends or family.

Step inside and head straight to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a lovely light space where you can all hang out, kick back and relax, cook, and eat together or sit in the reading chair with a good book and amazing views across the canal. There are some luxury additions to make your stay even better, such as the De’Longhi bean coffee machine and Smart TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms. Which are gorgeous. They’ve both got super-king beds which can be made up as twins if you prefer. The Master has an en-suite shower room and there’s also a family bathroom. Head out from the lounge to the small balcony, right next to Bude canal.

Bude is one of north Cornwall’s top seaside resorts and the flat is 500 metres from the front on one of the town’s stunning beaches. As well as enjoying beach life, you can hire a pedalo, kayak or paddleboard to explore the canal. Wander along the stunning South West Coast Path, recently made famous by author Raynor Winn. Visitors are welcome to play at Bude and North Cornwall Golf Club, less than 1 mile away. Combine a day on the beach with sampling Bude’s lovely pubs, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Head out of town to visit Tintagel (19.5 miles away) one of the area’s best loved beauty spots. Tintagel Castle is spectacular, built on the mainland and jagged headland above the sea, and has links with the legend of King Arthur.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, certainly a place to which we would like to return. A delightful accommodation and location which we were able to share with our 86 year old friend.

Having stayed in this apartment twice now we cannot rate it high enough. The owners were very attentive prior to us arriving to ensure we were happy with everything and the apartment is in a great location and very well equipped.

We had a great stay here, the property was fully equipped with everything we'd need for our family of 4. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to the beach, pub and into town meant we didnt need to drive everywhere!

We just had the best stay. We loved it! It was so comfortable and the beds were massive and comfy. The kitchen was well equipt, gonna miss that coffee machine! Excellent accomodation, very clean, comfortable and well equiped. Located a short walk to all of the local amenities, but far enough out of the centre not to be affected by noise, with a lovely aspect overlooking the canal.

A lovely apartment - spotlessly clean and comfy with great beds. Set in the ideal spot to explore Bude - just five minutes from the town and beach - nice to be able to give the car a rest in the handy allocated parking space. This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location. It was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly want, even down to hand soap in the kitchen & both bathrooms, washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets. Ideal apartment for a family of 4 (with boys aged 10 and 8) - fully equiped and ideally located. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and the 2nd room was setup with single beds as requested. Beach, pub, restaurants and shops all with walking distance.

Wonderful spacious apartment overlooking the canal. Quality finish, bedding etc. Absolutely everything has been thought of. The canal provides constant entertainment, even on overcast days.

It was a fantastic apartment, very clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fabulous, close to the sea and the canal provided lots of entertainment with ducks, geese etc plus fishing competitions, kayaks and canoes. It was fairly easy to get to the places we wanted to visit, don't miss PencarroRead morew House and Cothele if you like NT houses and gardens, or local war museum. Recommend booking Olive Tree and Bredon Arms. Hide

Excellent position overlooking the canal and easy walking into Bude town centre. Pubs / restaurants within walking distance. We were there in January and a number of eating places, in Bude and nearby towns, were either closed for January or only open in the evenings. However, we always managed to find somewhere to eat.
