Whether you’re cooking, dining, playing games or chilling out, there’s everything you need in here – lounging space, a TV, a dining table and chairs, and views over the garden. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with an attached shower room. It’s spacious with lovely soft furnishings and lots of light, and the second gorgeous bedroom is upstairs. Outside you’ll have a patio, a lawn and a 2-acre paddock to sit/eat/play outdoor games in.
Wander 2 miles down the lane to the golden sands of Widemouth Bay Beach – there’s parking there if you don’t fancy the walk or you’ve got lots of beach gear. From there you can head off on the South West Coast Path in both directions to explore the scenic headlands. The seaside resort of Bude is 4 miles away where there’s a tidal pool under the cliffs on Summerleaze beach you can swim in. There’s an excellent links course at Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club (you can book a round on their website) and the stunning Grade-II listed Bude Castle, just beyond the sand dunes behind Summerleaze beach, is well worth a visit.
