Just minutes from the beach and only 4 miles along the coast from Newquay, this stunning converted dairy is perfect for a family, with a bunk room, two Smart TVs, two outdoor areas and a wood burner. There are activities on-site and the north Cornwall coast is nearby.
Go up the external steps to the huge open-plan living space. A light, bright space for hanging out together. It’s got an exposed brick wall, wooden beams, and combines the kitchen, dining room and lounge. There’s heaps of room to cook, eat – a dining table and a breakfast bar with funky bar stools ¬– and chill out in front of the Smart TV and cosy wood burner. The family bathroom and three bedrooms are downstairs: the Master with a king-size bed, Smart TV, and en-suite shower room; a super-king/twin room; and a bunk room with a double bed base. There are two outdoor spaces accessed via the master and bunk bedrooms or outside, where you can light up the BBQ and eat al fresco or have some me time with a glass of wine.
The small holiday park is on a working farm where there’s an outdoor children’s play area and three coarse-fishing lakes. The north Cornish coast is peppered with quaint fishing towns and villages, and the bustling resort of Newquay is just up the coast. If you’re feeling energetic, you can get there on the coastal path, it’s about a 4-mile walk. The nearby beaches are perfect for water sports, especially surfing, thanks to the Atlantic waves. For an evening out, Newquay is great fun or treat yourselves to a memorable meal in Padstow (12 miles away), home to more than one Michelin-starred restaurant. There are loads of attractions nearby, including Newquay Zoo, crazy golf, National Trust properties and the Eden Project (16 miles).
