Downstairs is the open-plan kitchen/diner where you’ll find contrasting light and dark cabinets and a kitchen island. Next to this is a long dining table and chairs. Upstairs is a second lounge with a Juliet balcony and a small kitchen area. There is also a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room and a family bathroom. Head up the spiral staircase to reach the conservatory and rooftop terrace with seating where you can watch the boats cruising by.
Fall head-over-heels for the charming river port town of Fowey. Wander the narrow streets with boutique shops, ice cream parlours and traditional pubs within 0.5 miles. On a rainy day, head to Fowey Aquarium (less than 0.5 miles). The town sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by a pristine coastline and sandy coves. The nearest swimming spot is Readymoney Cove (0.5 miles) but National Trust Lantic Bay (4 miles) is also well worth a visit.
