If I could give zero for cleanliness then I would! we arrived at 4pm house smelt of dog and it was clear it hadnt been cleaned properly for months: dust you could see on skirting boards, dirty cloths left by sink, cobweb over kitchen doorway, food splashed up breakfast bar, chopping boards brown, dirt and dust under sofa. The owner sent his cleanerRead more the next day and he was there 2hrs - didnt clean very well again and left wine/choc as apology. Would never book again or recommend to anyone. - Response from Holiday Cottages - thank you for your feedback. We had a lovely stay at Morethanporth. The location is fabulous and a short stroll from the beach. The hot tub was a great way to spend the afternoon when it rained, although there were lots of board games too! The Ansum pizza place near Roos was amazing and even catered for our coeliac, vegan daughter.

The property was all very comfortable and well supplied. The location was fine, with good views out to sea and close to extensive sandy beaches and the shops were not far away. We (5 Adults and 3 children) were very comfortable there. The garden was pleasant and the hot tub was well used. We were very lucky with the weather for the whole week

The house itself is quite nice and the location is perfect. What nobody told us and holiday cottages didn't even know (despite them claiming to personally inspect every property) is that the converted garage is an occupied 2 bed apartment which is directly below the master bedroom, ensuite and at least 1 more bedroom. Not so private and detached wiRead moreth someone living beneath you basically in the same house. We would never have booked this if the description was fair and accurate. Hide

A lovely property whose layout works superbly to give everyone a private area as well as a communal one. The views are fantastic, the location could not be better. Very quiet area, garden enclosed and not overlooked and the height levels and different zones kept our dog very happy exploring! Definitely would revisit again.
