A family-friendly apartment situated within a gated complex set in an elevated position and boasting splendid views of the sea, beach and bay from the balcony. Sleeping four guests and in a great location for sun, surf, and swimming, this is the ideal retreat for your Cornish getaway.

Take the stairs or lift to this first-floor apartment and find a wonderful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Get comfortable on the sofa and watch movies on the Smart TV or play games and eat together around the dining table. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and doors not only make this space light and bright but provide superb views. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, and the other is a twin. To complete the accommodation, there is a family bathroom. Out through the patio doors is a spacious balcony with seating and a table, perfect for al fresco meals and sundowners.

Guests have access to a shared garden which has direct, private access to the remarkable South West Coast Path: a fabulous long-distance walking route that passes some of the most breathtaking spots. Walk along to Porthminster Beach (300 metres) where you will find stunning golden sands, bright blue waters, and plenty of rock pooling opportunities. Along the boardwalk is St Ives (0.5 miles) which has a range of amenities and is home to the Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum. Head inland and explore nature at Steeple Woodland Nature Reserve (0.5 miles) or Paradise Park and JungleBarn (5 miles).

I am tempted ti give a bad review, but it would be purely in the hope that I would always be able to book this accommodation! A beautiful apartment, stunning view, perfect location. Bed linen is very nice, and the most well thought out welcome box. The hill is STEEP!!! But so worth it!

Really great apartment, very clean and well stocked, the view is beautiful and being able to sit out in the balcony is a real bonus. Would definitely return.
