A ground-floor apartment perfectly positioned for both countryside and coast in the heart of West Cornwall making this perfect for couples and four-legged friends.

This elegant Cornish hideaway is just what the doctor ordered. On a complex, enjoy the shared amenities like the pool, sauna, tennis courts and landscaped grounds of this converted former manor house. Artfully fusing comfortable modern living and convenience with original features and a dab of grandeur, you have every creature comfort at your disposal. What’s more, it’s in an excellent location, rural but within 2 miles of Penzance.

This ground-floor apartment is bright and airy, affording oodles of space. Thoughtfully kitted out, it’s a wonderfully cosy and comfortable bolthole. Stunning period features include high ceilings, exposed stonework and warm wood floors, giving it a really charming feel. Keep dog towels and outdoor gear in the handy private entrance hall. The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen is a fabulous space with each area working well in isolation and together. The kitchen is slightly raised up two steps but you can cook in here and chat to your partner in the lounge. The double bedroom is flooded with light and overlooks the garden, making it a wonderfully calm space. Outside, explore the lovely shared gardens with your canine chum, as well all the other facilities.

During high season, the clubhouse even provides food and drink if you fancy a break from self-catering. But, if you fancy getting out, stroll Penzance Prom, people-watch at the harbour, check out its art galleries and independent shops. Admire the feat that is the Minack Theatre (11.5 miles), a working theatre hewn into the rock. While you’re ticking Cornish musts off the list, don’t forget a trip over the causeway at low tide to St Michael’s Mount from Marazion (4 miles).

The property is beautifully furnished, and has a real homely atmosphere. It is ideally located for exploring the local area, St Ives, the beaches of Hayle, Lands End & Sennen Cove are all short drives and were some of our highlights. The WI-FI is a strong reliable connection, TV had a large section of Chanels and there was a well stocked supply of Read moregames to play. We would definitely stay here again. Hide

Great apartment, everything you could need in one place. Very convenient for Penzance and surronding areas. Would highly recommend staying here and your pups will love it too. Our dog Valentino had a great time, thankyou Donna, Mab and Valentino

Lovely apartment on a nice complex, immaculately clean. Excellent location, central to all of South Cornwall. You will need a car though due to location on a hill.

Every creature comfort. Lovely apartment. The owners had thought of everything and even went the extra mile by leaving bread, milk, tea, coffee etc. Fantastic location. If you're holidaying with your dog, Cornwall is the most pet friendly place I've ever travelled to.

Well appointed Apartment in a nice setting , plenty big enough for 2 people , lots to see an do at the Manor itself , Swimming Pool , Sauna , Hot Tub , the grounds itself were fabulous , we enjoyed our Holiday .

A great apartment in a great location to explore this part of Cornwall. Parking area is separated from the apartment so if you have a lot of stuff like we did, it took a while to bring it all to and from the car when arriving / departing.
