Occupying a desirable location overlooking one of St Ives’ many beaches, this cosy, coastal retreat offers guests an abundance of fresh sea air and far-reaching sea views. Located in the heart of the popular town of St Ives on the West Cornwall coastline, guests will be spoilt with a range of eateries, independent shops and wonderful galleries on their doorstep. Particularly popular with artists, the picturesque fishing village is home to the Tate Gallery St Ives, which sits majestically above a golden, sandy beach and the clear, blue sea.

Small, but perfectly formed, this contemporary studio apartment is light and airy. Neutral tones create a relaxing atmosphere, whilst all the mod-cons will ensure a comfortable stay. You enter into the lounge area, where a comfy sofa is the ideal spot to curl up of an evening. Moving through the apartment, you pass the well-equipped kitchen (complete with washer/dryer and dishwasher) before arriving at the bedroom area, which contains a double bed and an open wardrobe. A shower room completes the accommodation.

St Ives itself has lots to offer, including lazy days on the beach, adrenaline-filled watersports, soothing art galleries and access to the South West Coast Path. There are also cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets within its cobbled streets, many of which are within 100 metres of the property. Further afield, you can visit national landmark, Land’s End, the unique clifftop Minack Theatre, or a quiet, secluded cove like Porthcurno with its idyllic white sand clear sea (all within 18 miles). You can also enjoy walks along the South West Coast Path in either direction to picturesque beauty spots.

Good location, nice interior. Well equipped, modern, no clutter! Very comfortable. There are people walking past all day until late night, you see them coming, but they don't see you because there is a kind of one-way window glass (but still draw the blinds at night!). We liked St. Ives, though it was very busy. However, it is really a pity that thRead moreere does not seem to be any possibility to recycle glass and cardboard. We think that the authorities should do better in this! Hide

Beautiful apartment, good size and a perfect location. It had everything we needed for our week in St Ives and we are already planning on returning next summer. Everything on the doorstep literally, we climbed up and down the steps on to the beech severaltimes and at low tide you can even walk around into the harbour. Complimentary prosecco was mosRead moret most welcome after our journey down and a lovely touch. We managed to get a space for the week on the Railway Station carpark near by too. Hide

This is a really fabulous place , handy for st Ives Town and very close to the sea with great views. Really well equipped apart from the 1 Cup cafetiere. It exceeded all my expectations given it was a late booking.
