Nestled amongst the rural tranquillity of the Cornish village of St Newlyn East, this beautifully renovated bungalow is the ideal retreat for a reunion with friends/family. You and your loved ones will find it easy to enjoy quality time together here, with the added convenience of being close to Cornwall’s breathtaking coast. Despite its peaceful location, there’s a village pub, shop and butcher all within a few hundred metres, in addition to other sporting facilities.

Outside, there’s a mature garden with a patio that’s home to your private hot tub - the perfect place for a spot of stargazing.

This property’s central location allows you to explore the north and south coasts of Cornwall. To the north, popular resort and surfers’ haven, Newquay, has numerous beaches as well as a bustling town (5.5 miles). For more sandy beaches, head to the small town of Perranporth (7 miles) or the sheltered cove of St Agnes (10 miles) with its shops and pubs. The heathland of St Agnes Head also offers far-reaching sea views and is a great place to watch the sunset. Heading south, there is the Roseland Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to discover, including charming fishing villages such as Mevagissey (20 miles).

A lovely bungalow in a great location. The local pub had a great atmosphere and is in walking distance, although service is a little slow so book times carefully with children. The beaches at Holywell, Polly Joke and Crantock are amazing. The hot tub was clean and checked regularly.

Cherry Trees is a beautiful bungalow in a lovely friendly little village. It's modern, bright and open plan with everything you need. We had a delicious Sunday lunch at the Pheasant pub and found the butchers and local shop very useful and welcoming. Would highly recommend Cherry Trees.

The cottage was wonderful and in a great area. Ideal for families that don't want a long commute into Newquay on a daily basis. Also plenty of other things to do within a 25min drive.
