The perfect beach house where you can step out your front door and onto the beach, this wonderful quirky property comes with plenty of space and its own games room.

Appreciate the true heritage of this Cornish seaside spot when staying right here, a property steeped in local history and filled to the brim with character. Boasting a whitewashed façade, stunning sea views and plenty of original features within, this 18th century property is a delight to stay in and promises an ever-comfortable getaway. Stay home to make the most of exciting features including the games room or head out together to explore the glorious South West Coastal Path, nearby attractions and, naturally, the stunning beaches this village has to offer.

This three-storey cottage features a quirky spiral staircase that connects all three storeys of this fascinating property. Venture up some steps to find the first of three bedrooms on the ground floor, both bright rooms with sea views, along with a third bedroom on the first floor which features a king-size bed, TV and an unbelievable seascape from its window. The main hub of the house can be found on the lower ground floor where open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner sit together. A wood burner keeps this space cosy, perfect for those who’ve come straight from the beach, and a dining table ensures there’s space for everyone to take meals together. Completing the property is a games room with table tennis and football, ideal for keeping young ones entertained.

Along with beautiful beaches mere metres away, the prime location of this property also puts local shops, cafes and fish and chip shops within close reach. Days out at The Lost Gardens of Heligan (5 miles) and the Eden Project (15 miles) are easily accessible by car, whilst a rewarding walk along the South West Coastal Path will lead you to the wonderful Caerhays Castle (4 miles) and show you some stunning sea views along the way.

  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £30. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Wonderful holiday right on the beach. No carrying equipment up and down the hill. We had a glorious week and spent the whole time on the beach

Lovely cottage amazing location brilliantly equipped. Stairs are VERY steep and head room low so if your over 6 foot or indeed a toddler not suitable

The location of this cottage is second to none - the luxury of walking out of your front door to be on the beach in seconds is unmatched. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen which has everything you could need - a clean, cosy and comfortable base from which to explore. Even the weather was on our side despite the awful forecast the week befRead moreore. It is easy enough to unload the car quickly and parking is a short walk away at 35 per week. Lovely, clean, well equipped cottage in a great location. Right next to a safe beach with direct sea views and great access to both the beach and the village. Even during storms, the cottage remained safe & cosy, plenty for the children to do inside (excellent games room, great views of the rolling sea & even a seal rescue, all whilst safe inside tRead morehe cottage). We had a fantastic few days staying at your wonderful cottage. Thankyou so much for coming to our rescue when we had left the key indoors..The cottage was lovely and the location was 2nd to none..loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach! Will definitely return.
