This stunning property in Penryn, on the South Cornish coast, is the ideal place for a special get-together with friends and family. Situated 2.5 miles north of Falmouth, you can make the most of its tranquil position with the convenience of the town’s independent shops and eateries only a short drive away. As you’d expect from a Georgian property, there’s an abundance of space for everyone to relax and period features add charm. It’s the perfect place to return to after a busy day exploring the area’s quaint villages, secret coves and golden beaches.

Beautifully decorated with a stylish blend of rich tones and crisp white accents, this gorgeous home has lots of character. Large rooms and high ceilings accentuate the feeling of space throughout to create a home where everyone can enjoy quality time together. On entering, find yourself in the grand hallway before exploring the ground floor, which includes the impressive dining room, well-equipped kitchen and handy utility room. On the first floor, you’ll find the lounge: a perfect place to relax of an evening in front of the wood burner. The four delightful bedrooms are found on the first and second floors, as are the two shower rooms. Outside, there is a mature shared garden with dining furniture.

Falmouth has several sandy beaches which makes it very popular with visitors to the area. The delightful town is also lovely to wander around with its variety of independent shops and eateries amongst its historic streets. Also worth a visit is English Heritage’s Pendennis Castle, located at the far end of the town overlooking the harbour; from here, you can also see the exclusive village of St Mawes, which is only a short ferry ride away. Keen walkers can also take to the South West Coast Path.

We had an amazing family weeks stay in a real home from home. Great location with easy bus routes to wherever we wanted to go. Good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes on the door stop. House was clean and well resourced. Throughly recommend.

A lovely family sized accommodation with beautiful garden grounds. Its a very well equipped, furnished and finished townhouse in the wonderful village of Penryn. With easy access to the the nearby bustling town of Falmouth, the location of this accommodation is excellent. All-in-all we had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend.
