Take two happy hounds along with you and set tails wagging with long walks or simply relax at this stylish property and enjoy the quality time together.

Let yourselves into this enticing abode via the reception hall then wander on through to the light-filled, open-plan lounge/diner. Gather in here to watch films on the Smart TV, play music on the Bluetooth sound system or simply soak up the sea views. Make a cup of fresh coffee in the kitchen/diner; take turns at cooking delicious meals with fresh Cornish produce and gather around the table at mealtimes. Find you also have a handy utility space and separate WC. Also downstairs, are two king-size bedrooms, a twin room with Smart TV, and a family bathroom. Venture up to the first floor to discover a twin bedroom, plus a family room with a king-size bed, single day bed and en-suite shower room. Spread out on to the deck on warm days or unwind in the other relaxation areas reached by steps at different levels. Find parking for four cars at the house.

Those eager for a little exercise during their break can strike out along the South West Coast Path from the property. Try the 3.5-mile stretch to St Agnes for clifftop views and wildlife watching opportunities. Drive 8.5 miles to enjoy a lively day out in Newquay, with its many shops, eateries and bars, as well as its famous beaches.

A beautiful location with easy access to the town and beach as well as a lovely garden area. We had a generous welcome basket which was a lovely touch. Some maintenance issues with the hot tub on our first day but this was resolved fairly quickly. We are planning to return next year!

This house is in the perfect location for the amenities of the town and the beautiful Perranporth beach. Wonderful outside space, with gorgeous views and the hot tub. A couple of maintenance issues on our first day that were dealt with immediately and rectified by the second day. Overall a nice property.

A beautiful house with good location and beautiful sunset views. Steep steps/path to the beach. Village and supermarket within walking distance. You may need to provide your own toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning products including tea towels as these were not provided for us.

Absolutely beautiful house and garden with spectacular views The welcome pack was a plentiful and a lovely touch to start off our holiday. What a wonderful place to stay. We had such a surprise with the welcome packages. Just perfect environment for our family to relax and have a wonderful holiday. Perfect location in many ways, within walking distance to beach and Perranporth. Other attractions only a short bus ride or drive. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. We were a group of 9, aged between 7 and 74 and everyone had a wonderful time. The beach with its stunning sunsets is within direct access of the property (approx. 10 min walk across the sand to the sea at low tide). The town is also the same walking distance, with a decent sized co-op. The track down to theRead more beach/town is fairly steep and narrow in places. This cottage has the best location, great views & access to the beach, and shops nearby. Comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated and furnished.

Excellent location with stunning views, and easy although very steep access to the beach. Some parts of the property are a little tired but overall a fantastic accommodation with a fabulous hot tub included.
