This beautiful property is situated in a prime location of Port Isaac with spectacular sea views. A great base for exploring the wonderful locations of the North Cornish coast and, in particular, the ever-popular Rock and Padstow.

Lose yourself in the incredible seascapes and dramatic views out across the Atlantic Ocean from this large, three-storey holiday home in Port Isaac. Situated in the heart of the Cornish fishing village, the five-bedroom property sleeps up to 11 guests, making it ideal for two or three families together or a group of friends. Stroll down to the shingle beach or make your way to Polzeath, 6.5 miles away, to lie on the sand, swim in the sea and go bodyboarding. Return home to gaze out over the water as the sun goes down.

Open the door and enter this exquisite holiday home via the porch and hall. Head into the kitchen/diner to make everyone a cup of tea to enjoy with the scones and Cornish cream you have sourced on your trips out. Prepare hearty feasts for your party to enjoy at the table in here or in the lounge/diner. With its bay window looking out to sea, the generous lounge/diner is a bright space, where you can also light the wood burner, switch on the TV and play games in the evening. As each fun-filled day draws to a close, head upstairs. A double bedroom and a bunk room with an additional single bed, plus a family bathroom with rolltop bath, are on the first floor, while another double and two twins are on the level above, together with a shower room. Sit outside in the lawned garden on warm days or at the tables to the front of the house, with their sea views. Find parking in nearby, long-stay public car parks, with charges.

Explore charming Port Isaac, where TV series Doc Martin was filmed. Head 7.5 miles to Rock, which overlooks the Camel Estuary and is known for its cafes and restaurants, as well as its sandy beach and calm waters.

A lovely house in a great location with an amazing view, we really enjoyed our week here. The house has a basic rustic style but is excellent value for money and a great base for family days out all around Cornwall. As others have mentioned, parking can be an issue but we soon identified likely nearby on-street parking places and rarely had to parkRead more too far from the house. The main problem is the "Doc Martin" day trippers filling up the car parks, so parking is much easier in the evenings. Hide

Great location and lovely house. Parking is a serious pain and a logistical issue every day. Views are fantastic, pets have clearly been in this house at some stage.
