Head to this holiday home near Little Petherick and enjoy the best of the Cornish countryside and coast. Up to four people can stay at the attractive, rural abode, which also welcomes a pair of delightful dogs. Watch their tails wag as they bound across the three-acre, shared paddock that they are welcome to use, and which sits within the grounds. This two-bedroom, single-storey cottage in North Cornwall is just 2 miles from Padstow, with its access to different beaches and coves, and 12 miles from Newquay, with its many attractions.
Open the door on to this bright, inviting holiday property and find yourselves in a gorgeous, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that will quickly become the heart of the home. Set a real log fire in the lounge, choose a film on the Smart TV and play your music through the Amazon Echo. Make a fresh cup of coffee in the machine or prepare dinner in the range-style oven then serve up at the dining table. At the end of each fun-filled day, make your way through to either the king-size bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and doors on to the garden, or the twin. There is also a family shower room. Take a cup of tea out into the shared grounds to enjoy as you watch the children and pups chase about. There is parking for two cars at the cottage.
Head into Padstow to dine out on delicious sea food and other local produce. Swim here, take part in water sports or decide to take the ferry over to the renowned village of Rock, which tends to attract celebrity visitors. Pick up the 18-mile Camel Trail, just over 1 mile from the cottage, to walk or cycle along the largely traffic-free route that runs along a disused railway line.
