We (me, husband & brother) have had many cottage holidays over the years but Trelawny at Polgreen Farm has been one of our favourite stays. The whole property was exceptionally clean, very comfortable & the kitchen well equipped. The cottage feels quite secluded but it's not far off the main road so quick access to travel around this lovely county.

Firstly I have to say the owners of Trelawny cottage were really lovely and very welcoming. The cottage was immaculate with everything you would need for self-catering. It was very quiet at night and very comfortable.

Walking in for the first time you think, oh yes! The property is really well done. Quality everywhere. Attention to detail down to recycling bins, and including a full set of kitchen utensils. Lovely setting, the house has a stable with three ponies, the owners live in the farm house next door. Will come again.

Trelawney is a well equipped cottage. It was spotlessly clean. We found it very comfortable and warm .... we were there in October. It is in a quiet location but very convenient for coast, popular visitor attractions and shopping.

This cottage was pristine and gave the impression that we were the first guests. The owners were friendly, helpful and welcoming and nothing was a trouble for them. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage as a super place to spend a holiday.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautifully maintained barn conversion. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We stayed with my mother who is aged 90+ and it met her needs very well too. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the garden. There is a beautiful riverside walk nearby.

We had a lovely week. The cottage is lovely, spotlessly clean with everything you could need. It is also in a very good location. Very close to lots of places to visit but also tucked away and peaceful. Loved seeing the rabbits come out and also the horses been put to bed at night. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely like to stay again.
