You’re within half a mile of shops, pubs and a family-friendly beach, while the South West Coast Path is outside your door for morning walks with your best friend - the route towards Polperro (6.5 miles) offers spectacular hilltop views.

Take a flight of external steps towards the property entrance and head inside towards contemporary country-style interiors. This three-storey home offers two bedrooms, a utility, a family bathroom, and access to a terrace on the lower ground floor. There’s an en-suite bedroom with stunning sea views on the first floor, while the heart of the home is on the ground floor with the stylish living space and three steps down to the well-equipped kitchen for family mealtimes. Watch boats come and go from the comfort of the cosy seating in the living area and make plans for each new day of adventures in Cornwall.

It would be difficult to find a better house than this in the village! It is spacious, well decorated and in the heart of Polruan with amazing views of the River Fowey. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and more! Having parking behind the house was a massive boon. There were five in our group, including a toddler and the house waRead mores the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the area. We would stay here again if we were returning to Polruan. Hide

Lovely environment, very clean and comfortable. It was so well equipped, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great to have a parking space too! Having said that we didn't use the car all week, we caught the ferry and did a lot of walking. Would definitely book again.

Lovely accommodation, very clean and in good decorative order. Unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues - but the same could be said for the village of Polruan and a lot of Cornish fishing villages. Simon's Lookout was heaven !! Better than i had expected, quirkier, characterfulled, beautifully laid out and had every single thing we could want - and more. Comfortable, spacious and calm. Polruan, for anyone who has not been is gorgeous and just away from the tourist traps of cornwall. The ferry across to Fowey was one of the highlights that we Read moreused every day. We absolutely loved Polruan and Simon's Lookout. We were a couple with a 2 year old toddler and a dog and the house was perfect. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. We are already missing the views of the estuary and the peacefulness of Polruan. Such a relaxing time and we took the ferry to Fowey several times and made use of The Lugger pub, tRead morehe cafe, shop and bakery! Such a bonus to be able to be inside the house but still be next to the sea. Hide

Nice cottage with lovely views. Well equipped and clean with nice furnishings. Our dog had a great holiday too! Excellent provision of hot water. Very well positioned for coastal walks and a quick walk to both the local shop and pubs. The Lugger is highly recommended; friendly, clean, good meals to eat in and take away.
