From here, visit Tintagel Castle, high up on the rugged coastline 14 miles away, with its connections to the tales of King Arthur, and see Merlin’s Cave. Return home to your two-bedroom, Scandinavian pine lodge, which sleeps up to four guests and two happy hounds, to absorb the scenic views across the countryside towards Bodmin.

One of two charming lodges set in tranquil farmland, the holiday home benefits from welcoming, open-plan accommodation, which enjoys a cosy ambience thanks to its wooden interior. Your lounge/kitchen/diner is the perfect place to relax after long days out in Cornwall’s great outdoors. Settle down on the sofas in here to gaze out at your picturesque surroundings, switch on your Smart TV or discuss the day’s activities. Cook tasty meals for your party with the fresh Cornish produce you have found on your forays out then dine together around the table. Discover the shared bathroom and WC is also at ground-floor level, while both your comfortable bedrooms are up on the floor above. Enjoy a cup of fresh coffee out on the wooden veranda when the weather is fine and take the children over to the shared play area. The lodge comes with off-road parking.

Set off on country walks from your peaceful base. Enjoy your proximity to some of Cornwall’s finest and most dramatic beauty spots, including Bodmin Moor, less than 2 miles away. Spend days on the beach at Crackington Haven, 12 miles away, and Bossiney Cove, 13 miles away. Paddle, go rock pooling, picnic on the sand and look out for caverns in the cliffs.

A really lovely cottage, location is great for north Cornwall beaches (just check the tides, as most of these only exist at low tide!). Our children made good use of the swing and slide set. This place was absolutely brilliant and really affordable out of peak season. It was really clean and tidy with absolutely everything you could need. It had washer, dryer, hairdryer and really efficient heating- a full list of facilities wasn't included on the property page so thought other holiday makers might find this useful! Very clean & well equipped accommodation. Good location for exploring the area and within driving distance of most of the places of interest. You need to be reasonably active as bathroom is on the ground floor and unfortunately, with age, I had to negotiate the stairs several times a night. Would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, well equip and peaceful and quiet. Garden is fenced with a cattle grid instead of gate, so not 100% secure if you have an adventurous dog. Washing machine, washing line so convenient. Beach 20 mins away and good location for groceries, also retail park nearby. Would recommend and look forward to our next stay. Thank you.

Lovely holiday lodge - in a very peaceful location and perfect for our short break. Contained everything we needed and was very comfortable. Even had a flypast from the Red Arrows on their way back from a show at Falmouth - awesome!

Really lovely chalet in a quiet location. Absolutely spotless and has almost everything you could possibly need. It was 15 mins to Launceston for groceries and 30 mins to Sandy Mouth Bay, Bude, Tintagel and Blackrock Beach and Rough Tor on Bodmin Moor. We also went to Lynford Gorge which was pretty. Brilliant place for chilling and relaxing. Not too far from a town with all ammenities. Tourist spots not too far.away.

Enjoyed the stay at the lodge was really clean and tidy, shame we had to leave earlier than we had (only spent 3 days out of 7) to but the time we was there we loved the place we will go back in the future.
