Porth Beach lies right beside this cottage and is a popular destination for families with its long stretch of golden sand and safe bathing. For more great surfing beaches, fine restaurants and a spot of shopping, head into Newquay (2 miles) and discover a plethora of events and activities that all the family will enjoy. Keen walkers can easily access the South West Coast Path which offers breathtaking views both out to sea and inland. This property is also ideally situated to visit more picture-postcard Cornish towns such as Padstow (13 miles) and Watergate Bay (1.5 miles).

A fantastic stay, beautiful views and easy access to everywhere. Property was very clean and had everything you needed. Cream tea on arrival was a real bonus. (Jam first of course).

Apartment is in a lovely setting and the scones, jam & cream were much appreciated. I did however have trouble locating it (directions incorrect & no visible external address) and the parking is up a steep incline & then very tight; a nightmare if you have a car without parking sensors - when full you have to reverse down the hill before you can tuRead morern around! Main bedroom gets afternoon/evening sunshine & gets very hot (fan appreciated) & road noisy with windows open. TV not working whilst there. Hide

Gone to the beach is a well apppinted and well equipt holiday cottage really lovely place to base from. Porth beach and the headland is beautiful as is the surrounding area.

Really enjoyed our stay at these appointments they were was lovely and new inside and very clean and very modern , suited all our needs as a family as had everything in the apartment that you needed was like home from home the beds was really comfy white crisp bedding and white soft towels . What was a nice touch we had scrones, jam and clotted creRead moream on arrival so thank you for that . The pub had nice food and being situated on the beach topped our holiday we will be booking for next year x Hide

The cottage was amazing. Spotless and had everything you could possibly need . It was even down to toilet roll and kitchen rolls . White bedding was crisp and fresh ,white towels were ample . Cream tea on arrival . There was even tea ,coffee and milk to put you on until you refilled . You will not regret staying here . Oh and dont bother bringing wRead moreind breakers for the beach ,they were also there . Beach on doorstep. Pub serving food ,also on doorstep. It was all pretty much amazing. Hide

It was a great place to stay with easy access to the beach. The pub is next door so if you like an odd drink. Plenty of facilities for making meals, we enjoyed our holiday it was nice and peaceful.

Stunning location and lovely house. Has all the bits you need for self catering. Bed was comfortable, wifi excellent, and a parking spot provided. The pub next door was great with the beach as a beer garden and the house is v close to bus routes and sw coastal path which was convenient. The cream tea and milk left was also very appreciated.
