Groups of up to seven and two dogs will find plenty of time to unwind at this gorgeous property in the small fishing village of Polruan. Ramblers and nature lovers will love the abundance of outdoor activities available nearby including swimming, sailing and surfing. Surrounded by out-of-this-world river views, this beautiful holiday home is a must-visit for those in need of a peaceful seaside break.

This knockout home has floor-to-ceiling windows that welcome in sunlight, making every room burst with warmth. There are two social areas at this property that really stand out: the conservatory within the kitchen and the impressive balcony offering panoramic scenes of the estuary. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a nightcap in either of these spaces. If you're eating in one evening, the kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal and the table in the open-plan lounge/diner is a great place to dig into your supper. Step down the stairs of this reverse-level residence and you'll discover four stylish bedrooms: two doubles, one with en-suite and two singles, as well as a family shower room and WC.

Spend an afternoon walking to the shingly beach of Lantic Bay (2.5 miles), with its infamous turquoise water. The Polruan village cafe and pub is less than half a mile away and further afield in the small town of Fowey, you'll find a plethora of restaurants, independent shops and galleries. The ferry to Fowey takes approximately 5 minutes and it's worth exploring the sandy shores of Readymoney Cove while here too. The Eden Project is a great day out for the family and just 16 miles away by road.

We had a lovely stay at this property over Xmas . It was large enough for 6 adults and 2 dogs. The views are stunning as high up on the hill. Lots of walks available weather permitting but be aware the hill is steep. Charlotte from local management company extremely helpful with pre trip queries and small issues during our stay.

Spinnaker has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. The view is spectacular! A lovely place to relax and unwind in comfort, stunning house and fully equipped with everything anyone could need for a quality holiday. We stayed as a couple (and two small dogs) but this house would be a great choice for a large family holiday.

A comfortable spacious property with great views and outstandingly stunning sunsets! We felt it was a good central location, not far from many points of interest (using the car ferry at Fowey makes most journeys even shorter) Felt the garden could be more dog friendly. There's an unfenced living pond in the centre of the deck. There's no outside liRead moreght either, but we managed ok with a torch. Still the dogs enjoyed the balcony views too. Hide

I would recommend this property for it's comfort, spaciousness and outstanding views of Polruan and Fowey. Even watching the rain is enchanting. Polruan has sea and estuary delights. Plenty of fun to be had on the water and wonderful walks from the house. A lovely warm family home. Beware of steep hills!

Having to wait until 6pm to get into the cottage was very disappointing as it was clear no cleaning or checks had been done before arrival.

The cottage was lovely and well equipped. There was everything we needed and the views were amazing. It was spacious, warm and comfortable. The area is quiet with two small shops and two pubs. Just be aware the landscape has steep streets and roads, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
