Perfect for couples or small families looking for a classic British holiday.

You'll never bore of the beautiful views across the river to Fowey from the lounge or the master bedroom, and you can expect the stresses of modern day life to melt away after a few hours relaxing and watching the world go by from the comfort of the cosy farmhouse-style kitchen. The two charming bedrooms are classic and understated, taking full advantage of the period features the property has to offer.

The friendly hub of the village can be found simply by stepping out of the stable doors to the street outside. Here you'll come across delightful pubs and eateries, where you're sure to find a warm welcome along with some of the most delicious food and drink in Cornwall. There is a passenger ferry that will take you back and forth to the small bustling harbour of Fowey or take the 7-mile drive to the idyllic fishing village of Polperro. There's no better way to see the Cornish coastline than from the South West Coast Path, which walkers can access under a mile from your front door.

The boat yard dose not open until 8am and they closed by 6.30pm so noise wasnt a problem. The cottage feels cosy. Its a great location for walking and only a short walk around the corner to the ferry. The car park is 30 for park for the week. There is a car park next to the ferry or two big car parks up a very steep hill. The pay machine only takesRead more cash and there is no cash points in the town. The views out the living room window and bedroom window are incredible. Hide

Great location though youll have to cope with gulls, boat yard and random traffic jams right outside.. Nicely decorated throughout.

Lovely cottage, great view but sadly not for us as far too steep in the village and to car park.
