Can't rate more highly - perfect location for a small family. Fantastic views and about 50 paces to the sea front (30 to a choice of pubs if that's your preference). I will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and homily cottage. A delight . Extremely well placed in village. Wonderful views of estuary as stated by other guests. Left the car all week in top car park. Ferries became an obsession. Either watching them or riding in them.

We had a wonderful fortnight staying at Cliff Cottage. It was very comfortable and clean. We loved the views from the top bedroom and the open plan layout of the kitchen sitting room. We will definitely be booking this property again.

We have stayed in many properties in Polruan. Cliff Cottage had a feeling of 'home' from day one. It may be small and quirky but has everything needed for a comfortable holiday. Eating breakfast at the table in the master bedroom overlooking the harbour is quite something. It has a very useful utility room and with the open kitchen/living area it iRead mores a good social space. Hide
