Enjoy a peaceful and tranquil holiday in this beautiful property, nestled in the ancient fishing village of Polruan, next to the mouth of the River Fowey. A bright and airy cottage, you're reminded of the sea in every room thanks to thoughtful attention to detail and decor. The home is right in the centre of the village, meaning you're just 150 metres from cafes, pubs and shops.

Look down the hill towards the harbour and soak up the beautiful views from this quaint house. The entire property has a coastal feel, with pretty blues and nautical details. Curl up with a book in the cosy nook at the bay window in the living room after a long day of exploring everything that Cornwall has to offer, or snuggle up on the sofas by the wood burner. The large kitchen/diner is a fantastic space for enjoying meals with friends and family, with plenty of room for everyone.

Polruan is a quaint village that has plenty to explore, including a pub (160 metres) and Polruan Castle (480 metres) that is great to have a stroll around. This is a beautiful property. Its not too far to the harbour either. Lovely meals at The Lugger Inn. We left our car at Bill's up the road. Phn no available. more secure than the carpark and nearer. Having said that, the views are amazing. Ferries to Fowey and Mevagissey are regular and bus to polperro. We didn't drive all week. Hide

Very well presented cottage in good location in Polruan. A quick practical note ; the Aga oven takes a long time to heat up. Modern and spacious feeling bathroom directly off the kitchen. Warm and cosy cottage with bonus of a small elevated garden/seating area with great view.
