Located just behind the long stretch of golden sand of Porth Beach, this stylish beach house offers the perfect escape for beach lovers. Amazing ocean views greet you from the living space, with the garden an excellent alternative sunbathing spot. The balcony is the ideal place to relax with a sundowner in hand, watching the sun sink into the sea.

You may want to kick off your shoes and head to the beach the moment you arrive, but you can also get a taste of the sea inside this property. The interior takes inspiration from the ocean in its understated beach style, with stripped wood, light colours and quirky seaside touches. The lawned garden is the ideal spot for an rustling up a feast on the BBQ before heading to bed, ready for the next day's adventures.

Surfers and beach babies shouldn‘t miss the ‘famous five' beaches that this Cornish paradise is known for, as well as enchanting smaller coves and bays dotted along the coast. The original harbour, 4 miles away, is a great spot to watch the colourful fleet of fishing boats come in with the day's catch. Here you can relax with a drink at one of the waterside cafes. A plethora of seafood restaurants can be found throughout this part of the coast, and adventure sports are on hand for those who need a rush of adrenaline.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, this is a wonderful property and a perfect location for your holiday. Overlooks Porth beach, with a short walk to Lusty Glaze and a gentle easy stroll into town. Would highly recommend this property, we have already booked up for next year to stay.

The views from the balcony were gorgeous. The home had everything we could ask for and more. Loved all the little extra touches such as nespresso coffee machine, binoculars, family games and DVDs. Beautifully decorated home. Lots of storage. Location is perfect, short walk into Newquay town centre or to a number of amazing beaches. Outstanding location overlooking beach, nice quiet street but only a 2 minute walk to the beach or 15 if you want to be in Newquay itself. Nicely decorated, clean, tidy and all utensils that you could require. Would definitely use again if back in area.

Lovely little home from home. Second time staying & booked again for September. Location is perfect between Lusty Glaze & Porth Beach. 20 min walk to Newquay. Kitchen is fully kitted out. Comfortable lounge & bedroom areas. Love it & would highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage. Really well equipped. In a great position. Our dog loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds. We had a great time and would highly recommend this cottage. We hardly used our car preferring to walk . Lovely relaxing holiday

Lovely property with lovely views. Very comfy beds and sofa. Lots of dvds to rummage through and fab massive TV and soundbar for the chilly evenings. Fabulous walks along miles of sandy beaches right from the door. We didn't use the car all week.

Perfect accommodation and is a great location for either the beaches or the walk into town, would highly recommend staying here, weve already booked up for 2024. The property has fantastic views across Porth beach. Very peaceful and tranquil. Cant wait for our next holiday.

A fantastic location for all the amenities of Newquay, but not in the town centre. The property is great for families, but the parking spaces are a bit tight. Could do with some TLC in several areas of the house.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. Views were lovely, however, cottage a little tired on closer inspection with lots of niggles for the amount of money charged. Broken blinds, blunt knives, no dog bin, information out of date. Parking was very tight, not well set out - ended up having our new car scratched. Hotels nearby were closed, a few were beRead moreing demolished which overall gave the area a look of being run down. Could have been better Hide

We had the best week at this cottage. Location can't be beat and had a small garden for the dog. Parking on site and pizza and beer on lusty glaze beach just down the steps.... already planning for next visit!

Great building layout, good facilities, wonderful location, small issue the fridge is tiny and the single beds just arent suitable for 6ft + tall people with those high boards at the bottom. Wi-Fi is great as it the tv. Desperately need a small occasional or coffee table in main room as nowhere to put a drink except on the floor

Wouldn't call it a cottage more of an house but still lovely, everything you need for comfort and equipment. Breathtaking scenery of the cliffs and beaches.
