The barn stands in a complex with three other properties, so extended families or groups can book more than one property to enjoy time together with no juggling or transport worries. The nearest sandy beach, Praa Sands, is just 2 miles away.

Inside the feel is of air and light within strong stone walls. Solid timber beams support the high roof and there are bold splashes of colour in paintings and seating defining the space. Cooking is a communal activity, with kitchen and living areas running together. Bedrooms each have their own feel with ample clothes storage and bright windows looking onto gardens and countryside. Outside, your private garden bounded by stone walls provides a sunny setting for leisurely lunches. Why not buy fresh local fish straight off the boat in Newlyn, then head back for sundowners and a delicious BBQ?

Local attractions include the famous Minack theatre, 18 miles away, and Penzance and Newlyn within 10 miles. The whole family can learn to surf at Praa Sands. A lovely cottage in a peaceful location within easy reach of beaches, tourist spots and supermarkets. Very clean and well equipped. Only problem was it said enclosed garden, which it was but it would not stop a dog from getting out, especially a small one

Just spent a really lovely 5 days at Crofty. It was really thoughtfully fitted out and spotlessly clean. All being on the one level was very important as my elderly mother has mobility issues. The property is set in a lovely location, the flowers and cream tea made a lovely welcome. The wall around Crofty was too low to class it as an enclosed garden, had to keep our dog on a lead whilst outside to be safe.

What a wonderful property. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Beds were some of the most comfortable weve ever slept in. Peaceful location with a rural feel whilst equally being a great location to reach the beaches and main attractions of this area of Cornwall. Would love to return.
