A fabulous, Danish-built, lodge-style holiday home, set within a tranquil, leafy complex at Notter Mill, this welcoming hideaway makes a superb South Cornwall base. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom getaway is well located for both the scenic countryside and picturesque coastline. This retreat is situated 3 miles from Saltash, 9 miles from Plymouth, and 13 miles from Whitsand Bay and its beaches. Downderry Beach is 13.5 miles away, while Tregantle is 14.5 miles. Perfect for families and parties of friends, the lodge has an open fire and patio. Guests also benefit from access to shared facilities, including fishing, a tennis court, a children’s play area and a heated outdoor pool, during the warmer months. On those occasions you feel like a walking adventure, beautiful Dartmoor is 14.5 miles away, while dramatic Bodmin Moor, is 12 miles from your base. Visit bustling Plymouth to browse in the shops, dine out and visit the aquarium.

Step inside your new home from home to find well-designed accommodation that has been carefully considered with all your needs in mind. At the heart of the modern lodge is a light-filled, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you and your family or friends can savour quality time together when you are not out and about. Light the open fire in here then settle back into the soft seating as you chat, play games or watch TV. The kitchen area has been arranged so you can cater for your party with ease and there is a table for everyone to sit down at for jolly holiday meals together. At the end of each day away, wander through to one of the three bedrooms. These include a king-size, with ample space for your holiday clothes, a twin bedroom and finally the bunk bedroom. The family bathroom is also in this part of the property and is the perfect place to refresh yourself before heading off on the next excursion.

Enjoy the glorious Cornish sunshine on your private patio as often as possible. Play games with the children on the shared lawn or in the play area. Swim in the pool during the summer months or knock a few balls over the net on the tennis court. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge, plus additional parking in the shared private car park.
