Contemporary-style single-level stone cottage found close to Helston sleeps four guests in comfort. An appealing choice for guests looking for a central Cornish location with easy access to the Lizard Peninsula and the harbour of Falmouth.

Tasteful interior design and furnishings make this inviting cottage a family favourite. Relax on the sunny patio with the morning paper or play board games together around the wood burner in the inviting lounge. Children can play in peace on the lawn at the rear of the property between visits to the local attractions.

Helston is the gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, and home to Flambard's Theme Park and RNAS Culdrose which has a visiting platform to watch aircraft land and take off. The town centre has an excellent range of independent stores and places to wine and dine too. The Lizard is full of amazing places to discover from Gunwalloe Cove, to Coverack, Porthoustock, and Lizard Point (all within 10 miles). Roseland Barn is close to the A30 and the national road network which means you can reach other Cornish regions with ease.

Our 2nd time at this lovely property, which is in a good, central location for most of Cornwall. Well equipped for an extended stay (washer, dryer, freezer, etc). Only a couple of miles outside of Helston, which has a large Tesco, a few places to eat-in or take-away, & a nice town centre with shops etc. We had a nice, hassle free holiday at RoselanRead mored Barn, which is just enough off the beaten track to be peaceful, but still close enough to town to be convenient. A lovely spacious barn in a beautiful rural setting. Easy to find, comfortable and very well equipped. Simple instructions on how to access the property and use all the appliances. Milk, coffee and lovely cream tea much appreciated. Good location to explore the local area but definitely need a car as the barn is quite remote. We had a lovely stay. Located central to travel to Falmouth, Penzance, Lizard point and the very pretty harbour town of Porthleven The amenities were great. Comfy beds and very clean. We have just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful and spotlessly clean barn. It is extremely well equipped and finished to a very high standard. It has a lovely private garden & outdoor seating area. It was easy to find (thankfully not miles of narrow Cornish lanes! ), and perfectly placed to explore The Lizard, Penzance area, and St Ives. We spent a lovely week in this very well equipped, comfortable and quiet barn, set amid a few other homes well off the road. The welcome pack included a cream tea which went down very well! The barn is very well placed for visits to Truro, Falmouth, Penzance, Lands End, The Lizard and many more places.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay at Roseland Barn. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and had lots of storage and space. It was bright, warm and spotlessly clean. What more could we ask for! The location was also excellent - a great base, central to all of the major towns, beaches, scenery and attractions.

A lovely accommodation that we would certainly book again. The location allows ready access to many of Cornwall's attractions and shopping for provisions is just a few minutes away in Helston. The cottage is very well equipped and being on one level is ideal for those with mobility problems, there are some steps to the front door but with a handraiRead morel in place quite accessible unless you have pronounced difficulty in walking. Roseland Barn is absolutely beautiful. Very very spacious and very very clean. Situated on a working farm it was lovely to wake up to the sound of cows mooing! Lovely cream tea on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best cottage we have stayed at and this is the first time since covid we had the chance to return and we werent disappointed so much to see and do on our doorstep just didnt have as much time as we wouldve wished and such a beautiful cottage to return to each night.

A superbly equipped, clean and spacious holiday home. Great cream tea on arrival, lovely garden area with outdoor seating. Conveniently located to explore the local area, with some good places to eat a short drive away. A great place to spend a holiday and we would highly recommended it.

Overall fabulous stay. The owners were also quick and helpful in responding to our queries despite Christmas holidays. They also kindly left us treats, i.e., Cornish cream tea. The only area I would like to see improvement is stable and faster wifi connection, though it might also come down to the service provider available.
