Little Roseveth Jasmine Cottage is a quirky and comfy reverse-level cottage in beautiful surroundings set in the heart of Cornwall. It's part of a quiet and welcoming complex of three beautiful detached barn conversions. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, this lovely cottage has elegant fixtures and stylish decor, and makes a tranquil family retreat. Truro is within 3 miles, and the cottage is perfect for exploring both the north and south coasts of Cornwall.

 

Whether you want to spend a lazy afternoon enjoying the lovely views with an al fresco meal or are looking to relax after a great day exploring the area, this property will not disappoint. Tastefully furnished and attractively decorated, this is a bright, welcoming and cosy cottage in picturesque surroundings. There is the added bonus of a newly installed 5 seater hot tub to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring, which has it's own cover so can be enjoyed in any weather.

 

You will find this charming property is ideal for exploring the whole of Cornwall. The popular cathedral city of Truro is just 3 miles away, and offers a fantastic choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. Heading north and west you will discover many of Cornwall's most beautiful destinations including Falmouth (15 miles), Perranporth (7 miles) and the surfing resort of Newquay (11 miles), or you can head east to enjoy the heritage coast of Roseland (17 miles) for glorious walking territory.

  • 2 bedrooms – 1 king-size, 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (can be made into a twin on request)

  • Property sleeps 4+1 -  an additional temporary bed for a child under 12 can be set up when the twin room is requested
  • Luxury covered 5 seater hot tub newly installed as of 20th August 2024 - images to follow
  • Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
  • Electric and underfloor heating included
  • 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) - owners politely request that all dogs be treated against fleas before arrival
  • Dogs not to be allowed in bedrooms/ on furniture - also, do not leave in the property unattended
  • TV/DVD
  • Owners sell a small selection of local and home produce onsite
  • Breakfast hamper and one pot suppers can be organised
  • Pizza oven available for hire by prior arrangement, operated by owners

Excellent cottage we took 3 dogs Theres a perfect walk on a bridle way just outside the door and the hot tub is brilliant after a day walking. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect stop to have days out in Cornwall lovely homemade lemon drizzle cake at chocolate bars to welcome us peaceful and quite I would diffenlty go back

Jasmine Cottage provides wonderful accommodation for two couples or family of four, plus dog friendly. The cottage is situated in a beautiful quiet location and yet Truro is just over 3miles away.

The owners had thought of everything. We have no complaints at all and we have passed the cottage and your details on to our friends. Although this is a dog friendly property, there was no evidence of dogs ever having stayed here. Ie., a very clean property.

A charming spacious property with lovely views and with the benefit of the owners living on site. The property is conveniently situated for the North Cornwall National Trust beaches and to Truro.

We spent a wonderful week in peaceful surroundings, just what we wanted. Jasmine Cottage was equipped with everything we needed, and more! A great location to explore this area of Cornwall and if you want to leave the car alone, some great walks nearby taking as long, or as short, as you like. This cottage is perfect for dog owners with a secure area to just let them out and plenty of areas to walk. The secluded location is great for a getaway but is centrally located to give access to all 4 corners of Cornwall.
