Just down the coast from Newquay are the beautiful seaside towns of Perranporth (5 miles) and St Agnes (4 miles). Local days out include the Lost Gardens of Heligan (16 miles), St Michael's Mount (24 miles) and the enormous indoor rainforest at The Eden Project (26 miles).

Nice location and pleasant cottage. Cake, chocolate and biscuits are provided as a welcome which is nice but personally I think it would be better to spend the time / money on improvements.
