This cottage is connected to the farm house, it is a spacious place, lovely kitchen and generally really comfortable! Two things I want to point out, firstly theres no washing machine and very limited drying space, so not great if ur beaching it every day with 4 people and then it rains!! And secondly I really need to walk my dogs close to where ImRead more staying especially last thing in the evening and I couldnt here. A 10 min drive away is what we had to do. I will mention both things to the host Hide

The cottage is a good base for touring. No provisions on arrival... we asked to buy some milk for a cuppa after a very long journey, and we're instead directed to the nearest shop.. Although it was fine, we felt that it was missing some love and improvements could be made!

The cottage is in an excellent position for getting out and about, however part of the road to the cottage is very narrow and has no pavement, so there was no way to walk to the local pub. It was very quiet and relaxing and the Highland cattle on the farm were gorgeous. The bedroom and lounge could do with a freshen up, but apart from that all goodRead more. Hide

The location is on a working farm and it was very interesting to see the daily activities necessary and the hard work involved. Unfortunately the location doesnt lend itself to pleasant walks as the narrow access road can be rather scary with passing vehicles. The property itself has a pleasant kitchen but the remainder is very dated especially theRead more bathroom with a shower that should have been scrapped many years ago and the beds are also very dated. The central heating was off every morning. Hide

This is a fantastic place to stay for all your Cornish adventures. We stayed for a week and travelled easily to Bude, St Austell, Portreath and Newquay as well as nearby Rock and Padstow. The cottage had everything we needed for a family of 3 and was very comfortable, clean. The hosts were great 10/10.

Great place to stay very comfortable and clean. Set up really well so you can have the option to eat in or out. Good base for getting to different places. We didn't use the car in 4 days. Would highly recommend
