This delightful cottage in the major town of St Austell is close to south-facing beaches and popular Cornish attractions including The Eden Project which is a short 3 miles away. As it sleeps four it would make the perfect family base or be an excellent getaway for a group of friends. Explore the town centre, paddle in the sea or cycle the South West Coastal Path (3 miles). It has nearby pubs and beaches and is a wonderful seaside escape.

It has a sophisticated interior with a cosy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing break. A neutral colour palette and large windows with scenic views provide a bright and airy feel. Retreat to the conservatory for drinks or enjoy a traditional cream tea secluded amongst the pretty shrubbery of the back garden. Cosy up around the fireplace after a long day exploring all the fantastic sights on offer throughout Cornwall.

The Eden Project is only 3 miles away while its sister-project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, is 8 miles making this an ideal base for seeing the essential sights of Cornwall. Both Carlyon Bay and Porthpean Beach are less close by. Both the pretty and obscure Hemmick Beach and secret Caerhays Castle are a great amble around the head at Dodman Point. Visit the fishing port of Par, Polkerris Beach or Fowey (all under 8 miles). It's 27 miles down to Falmouth Harbour or 19 miles up to the north coast town of Newquay, famous for its surfer culture and great beach.

Lovely, cosy house, close to St Austell town centre and local attractions, including Eden and Heligan. There is plenty of space and it's on a quiet, residential street. There is space to park one car on the drive.

Excellent cream tea on arrival. A clean, well equipped house in a quiet neighbourhood. A choice of supermarkets and convenience stores all very nearby. Sue was helpful with our check-in and even gave us a courtesy call the first evening to see we had arrived ok and all was well.

Good sized property for 5. Single beds comfy, double quite soft. Really good position for touring Cornwall. Near shops and supermarkets. Quiet. Excellent heating, snug in winter. We were very lucky with the weather and had a fantastic stay in mid July. Property has 3 bedrooms. Owners kindly swapped single bed for a cot so we could make most of the space available. The garden space proved useful shade in late afternoons. The property is in a quiet area of St Austall and is close to local play areas and shops. We drove and paRead morerked to most attractions. Researching parking and their parking apps was useful. Short drive to Eden Project, Charlestown, Fowey, and Mevagissey. Hide
