Property Management Services Coordinator. Based in Wadebridge

Full time (37.5 hours/week).

Role summary

Are you passionate about people, property and particularly Cornwall? How would you like to be the all-important link between our holiday properties and their owners, our guests, and the people who keep our properties running smoothly and looking great?

Here at Cornish Cottage Care we look after over 200 cottages in Wadebridge and East Cornwall. In fact, we’re one of the busiest businesses in Original Cottages – a nationwide family of holiday property brands.

Every day’s different in this role. You might be advising owners on property improvements, working with housekeepers, maintenance crew and gardeners to ensure properties are looking great. You’ll be checking properties before guests arrive, ensuring each has its safety certificates, and, out of season, even overseeing kitchen refits and other property upgrades.

A calm approach under pressure is a must because emergencies do arise, from a TV that refuses to work, to a cleaner who goes off sick. If you’ve the confidence and know-how to tackle the smaller jobs yourself, so much the better (it helps if you can change a light bulb or wield a duster), but it’ll be up to you to get a supplier onsite to sort things out.

Do you have fantastic people skills, a ‘can do’ approach and a clean driving licence? Are you passionate about Cornwall, caring for our fantastic properties like they’re your own, and ensuring our guests have the best possible holiday? We’d love you to join our team. There’s endless scope to grow your career plus an excellent salary and benefits package on offer, including discounts on Original Cottages holidays.
