PROVISIONAL DETAILS:-

This attractive character cottage built in stone and slate dates in part back to the 14th Century and is comfortably furnished to provide a cosy and charming home from home.  Situated on the coast road, the cottage has easy access to Padstow less than one mile away and to Trevone Bay beach which is 800 yards.  It retains it privacy and has a good sized drive with large good sized drive with large sheltered and enclosed garden.  Windmill Cottage is well equipped and comfortable and has a local pub about 600 yards away.  Padstow is now familiar to many from Rick Stein's seafood cookery programmes, but was a well-kept secret for many years before. The historic fishing port remains largely unspoilt and the townspeople like to keep it that way. Within easy reach are magnificent walks along the coastal footpaths and within two or three miles along the coast are yet more of the finest beaches in Cornwall; a number absolutely ideal for surfing the rolling Atlantic breakers.

ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR:  Entrance into Hall stairs to first floor Lounge  three seater settee, two seater settee, one arm chairs, occasional tables, t.v./dvd player combi, door to  Kitchen/ Diner  range of units, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher?, microwave, gas cooker door to  Lobby  back door W.C.  w.c., basin.  From Hall  Bed.2 double bed (4'6") with pull out single bed under  FIRST FLOOR: Bed.1 double bed (5') Bed.2 twin beds (3') All bedrooms wardrobe or hanging, drawers or shelving, bedside unit or shelf Bathroom bath (electric shower over), basin, w.c.  GARDEN & PARKING:  Driveway leads to parking area with double five barred gate.  Parking for up to four cars.  Steps up to large grassy area surrounded by hedges and with garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
