Waterside is tucked away in a tranquil setting next to the tidal creek in
Little Petherick and is only three miles from Padstow and five miles from
several glorious sandy beaches. Maximum advantage is taken of the
proximity of the river with a first floor balcony and a deck at the back
providing a delightful vantage for watching the wildlife (kingfishers,
swans, heron and kestrels – to name but a few), or breakfasting in the
morning sunshine. Waterside is well equipped, comfortable and cosy with
attractive decor and furnishings. Little Petherick is only a short drive
from pubs and restaurants at Padstow and Wadebridge (the latter about 5
miles). There is also a cinema at Wadebridge. Just over a mile there are
two local pubs and the Journeyman Restaurant is a 15 - 20 minute walk.
The Saints Way passes your front door and as it joins the Camel Trail,
which follows the banks of the River Camel through this Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is possible to walk into Padstow.
