the building Valencia Cottage is well set back from the road, in a quiet
position backing onto fields. It has some character and is attractively
furnished and finished to a good standard which, with the open fire, makes
it ideal for cosy winter breaks as well as summer holidays. The village of
St. Issey serves the local farming community and is found on the road
between Padstow and Wadebridge. Slate hung houses, a beautiful church and
an attractive pub (less than 100 yds away) lie at the centre of the
village. To the North numerous little lanes wend down to the Camel
estuary; a favourite with walkers and cyclists who are drawn by the
beautiful views and the abundance of wildlife in this Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. The village is only a short drive to several sandy
beaches.

There is a small area of grass and in the garage is a tumble drier, patio
table, 4 chairs and a small barbecue.
