attractively furnished family house in the heart of ever-popular
Constantine Bay; every year parents can't wait to be able to introduce
their children to the same wonders of a traditional Constantine Bay beach
holiday they enjoyed when they were children. Of course, times have moved
on and, as well as the traditional bucket and spade, wet suits and body
boards are now the order of the day. The beach is only 1100 yards and the
golf club is only a couple of minutes walk. There is a well equipped
grocery store but the Bay is also only a mile or so from St. Merryn, a
bustling village with pubs, restaurants, post office, shops and filling
station and three or four miles from the picturesque fishing port of
Padstow.

with a hedge on the other boundary afford a high degree of privacy. The

furniture and a utility area. The garage is for storage of bikes, surf
boards and garden accessories and equipment.
