Trenoder is a charming, well presented 1930's bungalow
attractively decorated and furnished to provide a lovely home from home set in a
pretty garden and well back from the road. In a convenient location only a mile
from Padstow Windmill is at the top of the road leading down to Trevone where,
less than a mile away, will be found a delightful sandy beach with lovely cliff
walks on either side. Just down the road in Padstow you can watch the fishing
boats offload their catches straight into the kitchens of the harbourside
restaurants. Cafes, gift and craft shops and art galleries make a day exploring
the town a must.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, drawers or shelving and bedside
unit(s) (but Bed.4 does not have bedside unit) Bathroom Bath
(thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c. Lounge on two levels. Two seater
three piece suite, three rattan fireside chairs, occasional tables, t.v., video,
bookcase, hi-fi unit, feature stone fireplace (not in use), doors to shower room
and kitchen. Archway to Sun room/dining room: dining table, 6 chairs
Shower room Open shower, w.c., basin Kitchen Range of units, electric
cooker, refrigerator, small freezer over, washing machine, microwave. Door
to Back porch and from here access to back garden GARDEN & PARKING:-
Driveway to rear, parking for two cars plus turning space and garage.
Barbeque, picnic bench, garden chairs. Front garden lawn with Cornish stone wall
to front and gravel path to front door bounded by colourful flower beds.
Similarly colourful rear garden laid to lawn and bounded by a mature hedge and
Cornish stone wall. Note there is no gate on the driveway.
