location and yet is only 600 yards from the championship golf course at
Trevose. In the summer you can sit out in the large garden with a
southerly rear aspect and in the winter it benefits from central heating
and an open fire. The picturesque fishing port of Padstow, with its quaint
cottages, narrow streets picturesque harbour and large selection of
restaurants and bars is only just over four miles down the road. Even
closer to home is the village of St. Merryn which has pubs, several
restaurants (including one with a Michelin star), takeaways and shops.
