easy striking distance of shops, restaurants and some of the finest
beaches in Cornwall as well as country walks making it a good base for
exploring the many other attractions of Cornwall. Tucked out of the way of
the hustle and bustle of village life the comforts of Trearth are ideal to
come home to after a hard day on the beach or sightseeing. St. Merryn is
just a mile down the road and has two pubs, post office, filling station
and food shops as well as some great takeaways and restaurants. The
charming fishing port of Padstow with its many seafood restaurants
and interesting shops is only four miles away.

The enclosed garden comprises a front lawn bounded by walls either side
and a Cornish hedge on the front boundary with a driveway for 2 to 3 cars

limited sea view, picnic table, garden bench and chairs. The garage is
available for use.
