Blue Badge Users are required to pay the normal parking fee unless:
• The Vehicle Displays A Valid Tax Disc Marked Nil/Disabled
Or
• The Vehicle Parked Is An Especially Adapted Vehicle
All Blue Badge Users must display a valid blue badge with Time Clock set at time of arrival.

• Day Tickets from Pay and Display machine - all coins 5p to £2
• Weekly Tickets from Pay and Display machine or Cornwall Council One Stop Shop call 0300 1234 222
• Credit and Debit Payment - Yes, via mobile phone from car park, full details displayed in the car park.
• Parking is free after 1800 hours each day in the winter.

Harbour Car Park (South Quay) - managed by Padstow Harbour Commissioners
