This charming and stylish modern terraced cottage, built in the grounds of the old school, is really handy for the town being only 2 minutes walk to the picturesque harbour.  Beautifully furnished and well equipped, The Moorings is located backing onto the road down into the town and has gardens front and rear (with a patio to the rear) to take advantage of the sun at all times of the day and also has the benefit of a designated parking space and an estuary view from the twin bedroom.  Padstow is a largely unspoilt fishing town made famous by Rick Stein’s ‘Taste of the Sea’ programmes.  In fact it has been a favourite destination for many years of those who enjoy the water sports available in the estuary, the seafood restaurants and the beautiful rugged coastline, with its many superb sandy beaches only a mile or two down the road.

GARDEN & PARKING: Small rear patio garden with table, chairs and parasol.  Pretty gravelled front garden with shrubs overlooks a communal garden and is in a quiet location.  Designated parking for one car; additional spaces also normally available; otherwise car park within 200 yards.
