This cosy cottage is tucked away up a quiet road near the centre of the town so it could hardly be more handy for all the shops, pubs and restaurants that Padstow has to offer. Located in the conservation area of the town it has some character and affords a comfortable retreat for a couple or small family. Padstow has a beautiful unspoilt harbour and a maze of picturesque narrow streets wherein will be found many interesting shops and galleries as well as tea shops, patisserie, delicatessen - not forgetting pasty shops of which there are several. There are beaches both sides of the river estuary which are only a few minutes walk on the Padstow side and a quick hop across the river on the ferry to get to the Rock side.

ACCOMMODATION Please be aware that this cottage is typical of many of its age with low headroom in many places  GROUND FLOOR: Three steep steps to entrance door into ceramic tiled  Hall  Bed.2 pine twin beds (3'), bedside units Shower Room electric shower, w.c., basin, washing machine.  Fairly steep stairs from Hall to FIRST FLOOR: Landing Bed.1 pine double bed (4'6") Both bedrooms built in wardrobe, chest of drawers  Bathroom bath, basin, w.c.  Fairly steep stairs from landing to SECOND FLOOR:  open plan  Lounge area three seater settee, matching armchair, occasional tables, small t.v. and dvd player on wall bracket  Kitchen/Dining area table, 4 chairs, range of fitted units, built in electric oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave (nb washing machine downstairs) GARDEN & PARKING: There is no garden nor parking. 2007 weekly car park tickets are Harbour Commissioners £25; District Council £21 (16/3/07 to 1/11/07 - can be used in all council car parks), £5 other times.  NB. neither guarantee spaces.
