Situated behind Treyarnon Point, which separates Treyarnon Bay from
Constantine Bay, St. Cadocs is an easy walk to both beaches. The sandy
beach of Treyarnon Bay nestles in a rocky inlet and appeals to young and
old having interesting rock pools (one big enough to swim in at low tide!)
and lovely soft golden sand. As with most of the nearby beaches Treyarnon
attracts surfers of all abilities - you will find a number of local shops
from which to hire or buy equipment and surfing lessons are often
available. Just around from Treyarnon Point is Constantine Bay which has a
glorious wide sandy beach backed by sand dunes and bounded by a rocky
promontory at both ends. Trevose Golf Club is only a mile away, the
thriving village of St. Merryn is a mile or two and the pretty fishing
town of Padstow is just three or four miles.
