Short Breaks From Cornish Horizons (Holiday Cottages)

This page tells you what time of year Short Breaks (sometimes referred to as Mini Breaks) can be taken, how many weeks in advance these can be booked and how to work out the cost of a 3, 4 or 5 day break.  To check availability for a particular week visit our property search pages.


LOW SEASON BREAKS

 LAST MINUTE SUMMER SEASON, EASTER, XMAS SHORT BREAKS

HOW RENTS FOR BREAKS ARE CALCULATED

Below we list the way to work out the rates for a three, four or five night break.

For a short break of up to three nights multiply weekly rent by 67% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 3 nights would be £200 x 0.67 = £134.00)

bullet

For a 4 night break multiply weekly rent by 74% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 4 nights would be £200 x 0.74 = £148.00)

bullet

For a 5 night break multiply weekly rent by 80% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 5 nights would be £200 x 0.80 = £160.00)

*NB A few properties do not charge for Short Breaks in this way and where this applies there will be a reference to this in the property details.  The details of when short breaks can be booked are listed above.
