Low season short breaks can be booked at any time.

- other times
These short breaks may only be booked at short notice; normally less than two weeks in advance and will depend on circumstances. Rates may differ from standard rates detailed below - please enquire.

HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

3 night short break; multiply weekly rent by 70% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 3 nights would be £200 x 0.70 = £140.00)

4 night short break; multiply weekly rent by 75% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 4 nights would be £200 x 0.75 = £150.00)

5 night short break; multiply weekly rent by 80% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 5 nights would be £200 x 0.80 = £160.00)

6 night short break; multiply weekly rent by 90% *
(e.g. if weekly rent is £200.00 short break of 6 nights would be £200 x 0.90 = £180.00)

*NB. A few properties do not charge for Short Breaks in this way and a couple do not offer short break discounts at all. Please check the Information and Facilities section of the property details.
Note that the 70%, 75% and 80% multipliers are rounded up or down to the nearest whole pound.
