sandy beach at Harlyn Bay, this comfortable terraced house also has a sea
view from the main bedroom. Because it is less than a minute’s
walk from The Harlyn Inn, you don’t even need to use your car if you want
a meal or a drink in the evening. Harlyn has its own surf school and there
is also a beach shop and takeaway in season. However if you want
more choice Padstow, with its extensive selection of restaurants and bars,
picturesque harbour and narrow streets is only three miles away and there
is also a choice of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops just over a
mile away at St Merryn. For those who enjoy walking, the coastal
path crosses Harlyn Bay beach and leads around to the spectacular cliffs
of Trevose Head in one direction and Trevone Beach in the other.

GARDEN & PARKING: To the front there is an open plan area of grass
on the other side of a communal pathway. To the rear is a partly
enclosed, fairly sheltered, south facing area, with fields beyond the
pathway to the neighbouring properties. It has a garden table and
four chairs. One designated parking space; another space may be available
– depends on occupancy of other properties in the terrace. If
unavailable, parking may be permitted in pub car park but not during busy
times of year.
