This absolutely
charming conversion of the former coach house to The Redlands (see
separate details) provides a most spacious and comfortable retreat in a
fantastic location (beach 2 minutes and right next to the golf course).
With a wealth of character, lovely features and a wonderful conservatory
this haven from the outside world is just a delight in which to stay. The
well-maintained and pretty garden is sheltered by trees (apple and pear
trees too) and shrubs and has a stile to get to the footpath to the
beach. The headland is the highest point of land for miles and
consequently the views from there are just stunning. Also on the headland
will be found the lifeboat station and Trevose lighthouse – if they are
open they are well worth a visit. This unspoilt area is well served by a
number of glorious sandy beaches and there are pubs and restaurants within
a mile or two. The lovely old harbour town of Padstow is only 4 miles and
boasts a number of superb seafood and other restaurants to suit all
tastes. Right next door (but separate) to Redlands Coachouse is The
Redlands which sleeps 8.

There is a stile at the bottom of the garden which gives access to a path
leading to the beach which only takes a two minute walk (note that
occupants of The Redlands also cross the bottom of the garden to get to
the stile). Folding loungers provided. The beach is a wonderful cove with
golden sand and protected by cliffs on either side.
