Description

A modern comfortable detached home in a quiet residential area conveniently sited only 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. The town offers a wide selection of places to eat, pubs, shops and a cinema so there is no need to use your car in the evening. The Camel Trail is only just over 5 minutes' walk down the hill and provides a level walk beside the picturesque river Camel to Padstow (4 miles) or up river to Bodmin and Dunmere Woods in the other direction. Alternatively why not explore by bike, which can be hired at the entrance to the Trail. The Royal County Showground, which hosts a number of events throughout the year (not least the County Show in June) is also within easy walking distance. As the town has the first bridge over the Camel estuary this means that within 5 -10 miles' drive, you have the choice of a number of glorious sandy surfing beaches including Harlyn and Constantine Bay on the Padstow side of the river or Polzeath, near Rock, on the other side of the river. Wadebridge is situated off the A39 and so a number of historic houses, beautiful gardens and the Eden Project are easily accessible.

Guest Book

"This is a lovely house - we have stayed here once or twice a year for the last five years as we have family in Cornwall, so use Tern as a base when visiting them. It has a cosy living room and modern, well equipped kitchen/dining room. The bedrooms are lovely, with a great view over Wadebridge from the twin room - my children often talk of the beautiful view from their bedroom in Tern! The house is always spotless when we arrive and the owners are very good at maintaining the house and there are often new additions/improvements."
