Description

Junipers is a comfortable, well equipped and spacious bungalow tucked away in the quiet residential area of Trevanson, uphill of Wadebridge town centre. The town offers a wide selection of places to eat, pubs, shops, cinema and access to the Camel Trail provides running and cycling opportunities to Padstow in one direction and the Dunmere woods to Bodmin in the other. The Royal Cornwall Showground is close by and, as the town has the first bridge over the Camel estuary, within 5-10 miles drive you have the choice of a number of glorious sandy surfing beaches. Situated just off the A39, Wadebridge is well located to explore a number of historic houses, beautiful gardens, the South West coastal path, 5 golf courses and the Eden Project. Several children's theme parks are also with in a 15 minute drive.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for two/three cars on drive. Gardens to rear mainly laid to lawn with large patio, barbecue, garden table and chairs, washing line. Garage houses the tumble dryer and is available for storage.
