For those looking for a great beach on their doorstep, Mawgan Porth is a sandy beach less than 3 minutes' walk down the path from the property where all the family can enjoy seaside pursuits at any time of the year. Outside the house is a covered area with shower and storage space for all your surfboards, wetsuits and bikes. Porta Casa has wi-fi, surround sound for the TV plus a second sitting room ideal for children with computer, TV and DVD player. Porta Casa is great for winter holidays too with full central heating, living flame gas fire in the lounge and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There are restaurants and pubs a few minutes' walk. Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Restaurant is just 2 miles down the coast at Watergate Bay and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant is 6 miles in the other direction. And if you don't want to drive to Cornwall why not use nearby Newquay airport?
