This property, which has been recently renovated and refurbished by the owners with great care and attention to detail, is only a 5 minute walk away from the ever popular surfing bay of Trevone. The ideal house for a family holiday but also a wonderful base for those out of season breaks, there is easy access to the coastal footpaths, and it is just a short drive into the nearby town of Padstow. The footpath to Padstow runs past the house and is an enjoyable stroll across the fields. Alternatively sit at the bay window which provides panoramic sea views from Trevose Head to the west, with spectacular sunsets, around to the Trevone round hole to the North. The village of Trevone boasts a farm shop, beach stores, a small church and a public bar in the nearby Well Parc Hotel. If surfing is not your thing, you could wander round to Rocky Beach found on the south side of Trevone Bay where there is a natural swimming pool and many rock pools ideal for crabbing. Looking southwards, the scenic walk from here to Harlyn Bay is where you will be able to watch the birdlife and, if you are lucky, you may spot a few of the dolphins that put in an appearance every now and then.Click to see more area information
